Where are PRSU Lab services available?
PRSU Review is available across the entire U.S. Blood draws for PRSU Performance are not available in the states of New York and New Jersey due to legal regulations which do not allow consumer discretionary lab visits for blood draws. If you are a resident of New York or New Jersey, you will need to find a testing center in your proximity in a bordering state.
Who is eligible to participate with PRSU Lab?
Anyone 13 years of age or older can use PRSU Lab services. For minors under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present for any video consultations and must sign off on the intake forms. Our comprehensive bloodwork testing is specific to both men and women, providing gender specific results. PRSU Lab is not an alternative for traditional healthcare. It is designed to support individuals looking to optimize their health and performance. If you have a medical condition requiring treatment, please consult your healthcare provider prior to working with PRSU Lab.
What is your refund policy?
If you have any concerns following your purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@prsuwellness.com. We do not provide refunds for completed bloodwork or for services already provided.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to purchase PRSU Lab?
You are able to use most healthcare savings accounts (FSA/HSA) to pay for PRSU Lab services. We provide affordable, discounted cash pricing and do not participate with direct health insurance.
